Specifying Probabilities

Probabilities are specified in a ptable. The columns of a ptable are:

1. subject_id
2. object_id
3. probability of proper subclass (excluding equivalence)
4. probability of proper superclass (excluding equivalence)
5. probability of equivalence
6. None of the above (sibling_of)
